BVB First team vs. AS Roma: The Highlight at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK
Following the official presentation of the new men’s squad at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, the team will face AS Roma at the same venue at 5:30 p.m. Be there for the dress rehearsal ahead of the new season’s first competitive match against FC Bayern Munich in the Franz Beckenbauer Super Cup. Tickets are available starting at 10 euros.

BVB Women vs. AS Roma: Season Opener at Rote Erde Stadium
At 1 p.m., the BVB Women will host the AS Roma women’s team at Rote Erde Stadium. Get to know the new squad, including new signings Alexandra Popp and Manuela Zinsberger, and watch the final preseason friendly live before the season kicks off. Standing room tickets are available for 3 euros, and seats for 5 euros.
Overview of ticket price categories for the professional match
The following price categories are available for the season opener:
- Standing room*: 10 € (flat rate)
- Category 1: €35 full price (€25 reduced**)
- Category 2: €30 full price (€20 reduced**)
- Category 3: €25 full price (€15 reduced**)
- Category 4: €20 full price (€10 reduced**)
*Children under the age of 7—even when accompanied by an adult—are not permitted in the stadium’s standing room areas. Children under the age of 14 may only enter the stadium when accompanied by an adult.
**The discount applies to youth under 18 and people with disabilities.
Seating sections will be made available in the online ticket shop on a rolling basis.
Frequently Asked Questions About Tickets for the BVB Season Opener
Tickets for people with disabilities can be requested through the lottery tool through July 12.
Fans of the visiting team must contact AS Roma directly. Tickets cannot be sold to visiting fans through the BVB ticket shop. Access to the home sections is not permitted while wearing visiting team apparel.
As with Bundesliga matches, child tickets for children up to six years of age will be issued on game day at the clearing stations for a fee of 1 euro. Child tickets are valid exclusively for the seating area.
All tickets include a public transit pass valid for VRR transit (2nd class) within the Dortmund city area (fare zone 37). The ticket can be downloaded for free from the DSW21 KombiTicket portal.
