Benedikt Watermeier is Head of the Fan Relations Department. In addition to managing the department, he also works on projects related to the supporters’ council, fan policy, diverse fan events and matchday operations.

Sebastian Walleit is the Deputy Head of the Department and is responsible for home and away matchday operations for both the senior team and the U23s. He is the contact person for interest groups from the fan scene as well as fans who have been affected by stadium bans.

Since she retired in June 2023, Petra Stüker has continued to visit a small number of the national fan clubs in Germany and thus supports the Fan Relation Department when visiting the fan clubs as part of a marginal job.

Wolfgang "Teddy" de Beer is a BVB legend and has remained involved in the life of the club since calling time on his football career. He has supported the Supporters’ Affairs Department since the end of 2018, accompanying Petra Stüker and others on visits to fan clubs.

Jannis Kruck holds the position of Coordinator of Youth Fan Engagement. His work is centered on the interests of young fans and spans across various departments. In addition to planning and implementing specific programs for young BVB fans, his primary focus is on the comprehensive strategic direction of youth fan engagement at Borussia Dortmund.

In her role as certified representative for fans with disabilities she is responsible for taking care of the needs of fans with disabilities.
