By car

Those travelling by car should take note of the construction work in the B1 tunnel on Ardeystraße. Only one of the two tunnel sections is open to traffic, the other is closed because it is being renovated. There could be traffic jams in the tunnel on match day.

For all fans travelling by car, DOPARK is now selling parking tickets for home games in advance. Tickets will be sold exclusively via the DOPARK ticket shop. Ticket holders have the advantage that the booked parking space remains reserved until the start of the match, so that the sometimes lengthy search for a free parking space is no longer necessary. It also makes travelling to the stadium easier, as there is no need to pay at the car park entrance.

Combination tickets and passenger information

BVB admission tickets are valid on the day of the match as a combined ticket for one return journey each. The ticket can be used on all surcharge-free local trains (2nd carriage class) and all buses and trains operated by local transport companies throughout NRW. The DSW21 ticket can be ordered free of charge at https://kombiticket.dsw21.de/.

All journeys can be found in the electronic timetable information(www.bus-und-bahn.de) and in the DSW21 and VRR apps. Further timetable details are also available at NWL- Info.de and zuginfo.nrw.

If you do have to travel by car, make sure you carpool and minimise the number of cars on your journey for the sake of the environment. For a sustainable journey by car, our automotive partner ROSIER will provide you with suitable e-mobility.
