Fan info for the cup tie against Phönix Lübeck
Arrival
Due to the very limited number of parking spaces at the Volksparkstadion, we ask all BVB fans to arrive as early as possible. We recommend travelling by public transport.
- Arrival by car/nine-seater: The following parking lots are available to BVB fans:
- P-Green at Luruper Hauptstraße
- P-Red at Hellgrundweg
- P-Grey and P-Blue at Hellgrundweg

- Arrival by bus: Fan coaches can park at the Schnackenburgallee bus parking complex. This can be reached by taking the HH-Volkspark motorway exit.
- Arrival by train/local public transport: There will be a free shuttle bus service for visiting fans to the stadium entrance from the ‘Othmarschen’ (barrier-free) and ‘Stellingen’ S-Bahn stations.
- You can reach Othmarschen station from the main train station on the S-Bahn line S1 (green line).
- It is possible to walk to the stadium from the Eidelstedt S-Bahn station.
- Important: Match tickets cannot be used to travel on the HVV public transport system.
Stadium
- The stadium opens at 16:00 CEST
- Admission for BVB fans with tickets in blocks 9 A/B/C to 16 A/B/C
- South/east ramp
- South/west ramp
- Both south staircases
- West staircase
- Persons strongly under the influence of alcohol will be denied stadium entry
- It is not permitted to wear BVB clothing in the North Stand
Permitted fan paraphernalia:
- Megaphones
- Swivel flags
- Drums (open, visible interior)
- Flags
- Double holders
- Fence flags
Permitted items:
- Alcohol-free drinks in Tetra Paks of up to 0.5l
- Cameras for private use
Forbidden items:
- Rucksacks and bags larger than DIN-A4 size (bags and rucksacks can be stored free of charge in the immediate vicinity of the away entrance). However, capacity is limited. Please avoid bringing them with you where possible.).
- Stickers/adhesives
- Stick umbrellas

Fans with disabilities
- Visitors who have ‘aG’ categorisation can use the ‘Yellow’ car park. The access road runs from the ‘Yellow’ car park in the direction of the campus and will take you to the disabled ramp. Please note that for capacity reasons, only those stadium visitors with ‘aG’ marked on their ID can use this car park
- The barrier-free access is via the wheelchair ramp at the south/east entrance. The HSV helpers in red jackets will be available around the Volksparkstadion to help and advise fans with disabilities and will be happy to accompany them to their seats. The platform for visiting fans in wheelchairs is located behind Block 13 A. Seating for accompanying persons is also available there
