Fan information for the Champions League match in Bruges
Arrival
- There is no direct connection between the public transport network and the away area. The Bruges police will organise shuttle buses from the ‘Vrijdagmarkt’, which will travel directly to the away area under police escort.
- The shuttle buses will run from 19:00 to 20:30.
- Please note that no alcohol is allowed on the shuttle buses.
Arrival by coach or nine-seater
- Please note that coaches and nine-seaters can only access the away car park at the stadium directly and with all passengers if you arrive at the away car park between 19:00 and 19:30.
- Buses and 9-seaters that arrive earlier can use a car park in the centre of Bruges (Bargeweg), where BVB fans must be let out. The buses and nine-seaters must then drive empty to the bus parking area at the stadium.

- In order to access the away bus car park at the stadium with your nine-seater, you must provide a registration number in advance.
- Registration numbers can be entered here until Tuesday (17 September) at 18:00.
- A parking ticket will be sent in advance to the buses and nine-seaters, which must be printed out and placed behind the windscreen so that it is clearly legible.
- When the parking ticket is sent, you will also be sent a route that must be followed to get to the away bus car park.
Arriving by car
- BVB fans travelling to Bruges by car will have to use car parks in Bruges city centre. There are no parking spaces for away fans at or near the stadium. It is not possible to park your car in the above-mentioned away car park!
- Club Brugge recommends the following car parks, for example:
- Multi-storey car park near Markt Brugge
- Multi-storey car park near Vrijdagmarkt (departure point of the shuttle buses)
- Multi-storey car park near the train station
- A shuttle service for away fans to the stadium is offered from the city centre (see above).
Meeting point
BVB fans who are already in Bruges during the day are recommended to meet at the ‘Markt Brügge’. There are numerous catering options around the square. Please avoid the area around the stadium on the day of the game and stay in the city centre.
Due to the large distance to the stadium and for security reasons, a fan march to the stadium is prohibited. The Vrijdagmarkt, from where the shuttle buses depart, can be reached on foot in ten minutes.
Admission
- For security reasons, please avoid the home sections of the stadium and the corresponding stadium surroundings.
- The stadium opens at 19:30 CEST, 90 minutes before the start of the game.
- Access to the away area is via the away car park.
- At the entrance to the away car park, the tickets will be checked by the police.
- This is followed by a route of about 400 metres to the stadium entrance, where the second ticket check takes place.
- Halfway along the route, fan materials are checked by the security staff, who may be assisted by the police.
- At the entrance to the away car park, the tickets will be checked by the police.
- There is no alcohol limit, but intoxicated fans may be refused entry to the stadium.
The following fan paraphernalia is allowed:
- Fence banners (no overhanging of LED advertising boards)
- Five megaphones (already allocated)
- Five drums (already allocated)
- Small flags (pole length up to 1.5 metres, plastic tubes)
- 15 large banners (pole length 1.5 metres, plastic tubes)
Fan paraphernalia not allowed:
- double-holders
Please note that flags of any kind had to be registered in advance ([email protected]). It is not possible to take fan items with you without prior registration.

- bags and rucksacks
- weapons of any kind, pointed objects or objects that can be used as a weapon
- bottles and cans of any kind
- selfie sticks
- cameras
- umbrellas
- Pyrotechnics of any kind
- Symbols that may disturb public order
- Symbols that are discriminatory and/or racist
There will be no drop-off point at the stadium.
Inside the stadium
- The away section in the stadium is located in blocks 421 and 422.
- Please note that the entire stand is equipped with seat shells.
- As is usual at European matches, there is an unwritten rule of free seating within the blocks of seats. So if the seat marked on your ticket is occupied, there will definitely be something free in other areas of the away section.
- Smoking is not allowed in the entire stadium area.
- Alcohol will be served in the stadium, food and drinks can be taken to the seats.
- Payment in the stadium is only possible by card.
- Please also note the applicable stadium regulations.
Information for fans with disabilities
- Wheelchair users can park in the away coach car park after registering in advance.
- The entrance for wheelchair users is also via the away coach car park. The stewards will then accompany wheelchair users to their seats.
- The wheelchair spaces are located below the away area in the lower tier.
After the game
- After the game, there may be a block closure. The toilets are accessible during the block closure.
- After the game, shuttle buses will again be available from the away car park to the Vrijdagmarkt.
- The registered nine-seaters and coaches must leave the away car park promptly after the end of the game. Please also follow the designated route, which will be sent to you with the parking ticket.
UEFA Youth League
- The U19 team will play against Club Brugge's U19 team in the Youth League on Wednesday at 15:30 CEST.
- The game will take place in the ‘The Nest’ stadium in the city of Roeselare, which is about 40 minutes from Bruges.
- Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office for €5.
