Pre-Match Report
Sky to broadcast | Transport included | Secondary market open
Transport: ticket included in ticket
This service from BVB and DSW21 is still unique in the Bundesliga: tickets for SIGNAL IDUNA PARK are valid for travel in the entire state of NRW. This also applies to holders of card season tickets. Holders of a ‘Print@Home ticket’ or a ‘mobile ticket’ (e.g. Apple Wallet) must carry a public transport ticket in addition to the admission ticket, which must be ordered free of charge online on this page. Arrivals and departures on Saturday are not expected to be affected by the Verdi strike on Friday.
Tickets: secondary market open
The home match against Union Berlin is sold out. The away team will be supported by 4,000 fans. The secondary market is open until 16:00 CET on matchday. Ticket holders can legally put their season or day tickets up for resale in the BVB ticket shop if they are unable to attend the match in person at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. The ticket holder does not have to hand over their single ticket or season ticket, as the tickets can be electronically blocked and then re-released. The secondary market is available for all sold-out home matches.
Trikots: BVB in Black & Yellow
Borussia Dortmund will be wearing their usual yellow shirts with black shorts and yellow socks. Union will be wearing all red.
Live broadcast: Sky and Netradio
The game can be watched live on Sky. Pre-match coverage starts at 17:30 CET. Sebastian Hellmann will host the programme, with Julia Simic and Lothar Matthäus in the studio offering their expertise. Martin Gross will commentate on the game, which can be watched live on Sky Sport Bundesliga 3. Kai Dittmann will be the commentator for the conference feed. BVB-Netradio will of course also be on site and will be reporting through the usual Black & Yellow lens. The reporters are Norbert Dickel and Boris Rupert. BVB-Netradio starts 15 minutes before kick-off. It can be accessed by everyone on the home page and in the BVB app on iPhone and Android devices. A summary of the game, the press conference and comments on the game will be available on BVB-TV.
