Monterrey countdown: TV, kits, weather

Borussia Dortmund will face CF Monterrey on Tuesday night. Kick-off is at 03:00 CEST. We have summarised all the information about our Round-of-16 match at the FIFA Club World Cup in the usual compact format. This page will be updated if there is any news.

Weather: kick-off shortly after the storm? 
The weather forecast for Tuesday in Atlanta: the sun is expected to make only brief appearances throughout the day. There is an increased likelihood of thunderstorms between 13:00 and 19:00. By the scheduled kick-off time at 21:00, it should be overcast with a 25% chance of rain and temperatures around 24 degrees.

Live broadcast: DAZN and SAT.1
The match can be watched live and free on TV via the streaming service DAZN and on SAT.1. Pre-match coverage starts at 2:15 CEST on DAZN and at 2:40 on SAT.1. Tobi Wahnschaffe will be hosting the programme on DAZN, with Tobias Schweinsteiger on hand to share his expertise. Tom Kirsten will be on commentary duties. On SAT.1, presenter Andrea Kaiser will host the show, Franz Büchner will provide commentary, with Markus Babbel serving as the the resident pundit. BVB Netradio will not be broadcasting the FIFA Club World Cup, as all BVB matches can be watched on TV or streamed free of charge on DAZN. A summary of the match, the press conference and reactions to the game will then be available on BVB-TV.

Kits: BVB in Black & Yellow
Borussia Dortmund will play in a kit designed especially for the tournament, naturally in their famous colours of yellow (shirt) and black (shorts). CF Monterrey play in white kits with grey details.

App: no live ticker on this occasion
BVB's digital channels operate at full throttle on matchday, but there will be no live ticker in the middle of the night. In "Matchday Mode", the BVB app (download) offers news, pictures, posts, videos, statistics and plenty more match info besides. The match report will be available on our website and in the app after the final whistle, followed by reactions and facts in the morning in German time.
