BVB versus Juventus: 40,000 tickets sold already

As part of this year’s season opener, presented by Schauinsland Reisen, Borussia Dortmund will face Juventus on 10 August. Shortly before that, the BVB women’s team will take on their counterparts at the famous Italian club. Demand for tickets was high on the first day of advance sales for members.

Advance ticket sales for both matches, which will be played at this year’s season opener, began on Wednesday afternoon. Club members have already secured 40,000 tickets for the men's first-team match, while 2,500 tickets have been sold for the BVB women’s match.

At the BVB season opener on 10 August, Borussia Dortmund’s professionals will face the Italian record champions at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK (17:30 CEST), while the BVB women will play against the Serie A Femminile team at the Rote Erde stadium (13:00 CEST). The squads of both Borussia teams will be presented and Mats Hummels will be formally bid farewell.

Advance sales are currently underway for club members, who can purchase tickets for both games in the online ticket shop. Season ticket holders can buy tickets from 12:00 CEST on Friday, 11 July. It's important to note that season tickets issued for the 2025/26 season are not valid for the season opener.
