The BVB squad for the training camp in Saalfelden

Between this Monday and Saturday (9 August), the Borussia Dortmund first-team squad will be holding a six-day training camp in preparation for the new season. Niko Kovac is taking 28 players with him to Saalfelden in Austria.

The injured Nico Schlotterbeck, Julien Duranville and Emre Can, who will travel individually at a later date, will also be involved in the training camp. “We're taking all the players with us so that we can create a sense of togetherness. It is important that we're together as a team,” explained the coach.
