Pre-Match Report
Countdown: tickets, broadcast, referee
Tickets: Day tickets available in the online shop
More than 80,000 of the 81,365 seats have already been sold for the home game – SIGNAL IDUNA PARK is almost full. Around 1,300 Heidenheim fans will be sitting in the north-east corner, with the rest of the stadium decked out in Black & Yellow. There are only a few tickets left, so the secondary market is not yet open – secure your tickets now and be there live in the stadium!
Transport: Ticket included in the ticket
The admission ticket for SIGNAL IDUNA PARK is valid for travel to and from the entire state of North Rhine-Westphalia. This also applies to holders of plastic season tickets. Holders of a ‘Print@Home ticket’ or a ‘mobile ticket’ (e.g. Apple Wallet) must carry a ticket for public transport in addition to their admission ticket, which must be ordered free of charge online on this page.
Referee: Jöllenbeck to officiate
Dr Matthias Jöllenbeck, 38, will take charge of the match. The referee from Müllheim (near Freiburg) will be assisted by Jonas Weickenmeier and Dr Martin Thomsen. Günter Perl will be the video assistant referee. Jöllenbeck has refereed BVB eight times in the league so far (three wins, three draws, two defeats), most recently in the season opener at the Millerntor against FC St. Pauli (3-3).
Live broadcast: DAZN and Netradio
The match will be broadcast live on TV and streamed on DAZN. Pre-match coverage will begin at 16:45 CET with presenter Daniel Herzog and pundit Nils Petersen. Lukas Schönmüller will provide commentary during the match. BVB Netradio will be reporting through the usual Black & Yellow lens. Reporters are Norbert Dickel and Boris Rupert. BVB Netradio will start well before kick-off. It is available to everyone on the homepage and in the BVB app on iPhone and Android devices. A summary of the match, as well as the press conference and comments on the game, will be available on BVB-TV, among other places.
Kits: BVB in Black & Yellow
Borussia Dortmund will play in their yellow home jerseys with black shorts and yellow socks. Heidenheim will play in all blue.
