Countdown to Hoffenheim: broadcast, referee, Sportstudio guest

Borussia Dortmund face TSG Hoffenheim on Saturday. Kick-off is at 15:30 CEST. We’ve compiled all the information about our away Bundesliga match in one place. This page will be updated if there is any news.

Referee: Siebert to officiate
Daniel Siebert, a 41-year-old teacher from Berlin, is in charge of the match. Jan Seidel and Rafael Foltyn are the assistant referees. Tobias Reichel is the fourth official. Benjamin Cortus is monitoring the action as the VAR. Siebert has been a FIFA referee since 2014. He refereed BVB for the first time on 12 September 2015, when Borussia won 4-2 in Hannover. In total, he has officiated 36 matches involving BVB (25 wins, five draws, six defeats). Most recently, he refereed BVB this season in their away match in Cologne (2-1).

Sportstudio: Anton as guest
Presenter Katrin Müller-Hohenstein welcomes BVB professional Waldemar Anton as a guest on “Aktuelles Sportstudio” on Saturday evening. The programme will be broadcast at 23:00 CEST on ZDF, but can be watched online via livestream from 22:30 CEST.

Live broadcast: Sky and Netradio
The match will be shown live on TV from 15:15 CEST on Sky Bundesliga and Sky Sport Top Event. Pre-match coverage begins at 14:00 CEST. Michael Leopold will be presenting the programme. Dietmar Hamann will be joining as an expert. Jonas Friedrich will be providing commentary. As usual, BVB Netradio will be reporting through a Black & Yellow lens. The reporters are Boris Rupert and Stephan Gabele. BVB Netradio starts 15 minutes before kick-off. It is available to everyone on the homepage and in the BVB app on iPhone and Android devices. A summary of the match, as well as the press conference and post-match reactions, will be available on BVB-TV, among other places.

Weather: mostly dry and warm
The weather forecast for Saturday: It is expected to remain mostly dry all day with temperatures reaching 22 degrees in the afternoon. The chance of rain is given as 20%.
