This is the BVB squad for the training camp

After a year's break, BVB are back in Switzerland for what will be their 13th training camp in Bad Ragaz. With a squad of 30 players, the Black & Yellows set off from Dortmund airport on Thursday morning in the direction of Friedrichshafen, before taking the team bus to Bad Ragaz.

About three weeks ago, the BVB first team started their pre-season preparations. On Wednesday, the international players, who had been granted extra time off after the Euros, caught up with the group as they were put through their paces in performance diagnostics tests. This Thursday, they can also meet their teammates on the pitch, as the players will have their first training session in the afternoon, with the Swiss Alps providing the perfect backdrop for the session. The "Ri-Au" training ground directly behind the Rheindamm will see plenty of work put in over the next few days as new head coach Nuri Sahin begins fine-tuning his squad. In the match against Villarreal on 6 August, the first team will face a stiff test against the side who finished eighth in Spain last season.

Here is the squad for the training camp:

Gregor Kobel, Waldemar Anton, Nico Schlotterbeck, Ramy Bensebaini, Salih Özcan, Giovanni Reyna, Felix Nmecha, Sebastien Haller, Julian Brandt, Pascal Groß, Niclas Füllkrug, Julien Duranville, Youssoufa Moukoko, Serhou Guirassy, Marcel Sabitzer, Donyell Malen, Emre Can, Niklas Süle, Julian Ryerson, Karim Adeyemi, Paris Brunner, Alexander Meyer, Marcel Lotka, Tom Rothe, Cole Campbell, Kjell Wätjen, Filippo Mane, Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, Soumaila Coulibaly, Leon Klußmann.
