Four Borussia players called up for the Nations League finals

Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann has named four Borussia Dortmund players in his squad for the UEFA Nations League finals: Pascal Gross, Karim Adeyemi, Waldemar Anton and Felix Nmecha have been selected in the DFB squad for the tournament in Munich and Stuttgart at the beginning of June.

The German national team will face Portugal in the semi-finals of the Nations League on 4 June in Munich. In the second semi-final, one day later, Spain and France will battle it out in Stuttgart for a place in the final. The final in Munich and the third-place play-off in Stuttgart will take place on 8 June.

The Borussia Dortmund internationals will not be present at the start of training in Dortmund on 2 June and will not join the preparations for the FIFA Club World Cup until a later date.

Brandt now moved more to the left wing \u2013 and was successful again in the 51st minute. After a nice switch of play from Schlotterbeck from the centre to the right wing, Yan Couto sent a low, sharp cross into the box, where Beier was on hand but failed to beat the keeper from close range, only for Brandt to tap in the rebound. In the 58th minute, Beier's shot from distance was only centimetres off target. Shortly afterwards, he again tried his luck from 20 metres out, but Haikin managed to get his fingertips to it. From the resulting corner, Anselmino's header was cleared on the goal line (62).<\/p>\nWith a new strike force (Adeyemi and Guirassy came on), the last 25 minutes began. And once again, BVB conceded an equaliser. While Anselmino was receiving treatment off the pitch, the ball slipped through to Hauge, who found the back of the net to make it 2-2 (75).
