Arsène Wenger and Bernd Neuendorf visit BVB training session
One day before departing for Cincinnati, where BVB will face Mamelodi Sundowns in their second group match at the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday (21 June, 18:00 CEST), Borussia Dortmund chief executive officer Hans-Joachim Watzke and managing directors Carsten Cramer and Lars Ricken welcomed Arsène Wenger and Bernd Neuendorf in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday morning.
Wenger, who shaped English football for over two decades as coach of Arsenal, , and Neuendorf, who has been at the helm of the DFB since 2022, saw the entire Borussia squad and also talked to BVB coach Niko Kovac, who will take his players through their final training session at the same venue on Friday morning ahead of the second group match.
