Day 6: Live updates from the training camp in Saalfelden

From 4 to 9 August, BVB have set up their camp in Austria. Over the six-day training camp in Saalfelden, the team are stepping up the intensity of their preparations for the new season. We will keep you informed of everything you need to know about the Black & Yellows.

BVB have arrived at the airport. It will be the first time that both the men's first team and the BVB women fly back to Dortmund from a training camp together. While the men had set up their camp in Saalfelden, the women's team had been in the Austrian village of Westendorf. “The fact that we – the men and the women – are making the return journey together is further proof that men's and women's football are increasingly going hand in hand at BVB,” explained Managing Director Carsten Cramer.

The captain had already visited little Mustafa in the hospital a few weeks ago. He is a little fighter. We had a great time together last time, and again today. The children get a real boost when we come here.
