Fan information for the match against Cerezo Osaka
Stadium Entry/Admission
- The stadium gates will open at 16:30 (2.5 hours before kick-off).
- Entry without a valid ticket or accreditation card is prohibited.
- Upon request, fans must present their ticket, ID, or passport, and comply with bag searches conducted for security reasons.
- There’re no specific criteria for refusal of entry.
- There is no dedicated away supporters’ area in the stadium for this match. Please enter through the gate indicated in your ticket.
Permitted Items
- Plastic bottles (PET bottles): permitted (restrictions may apply depending on match/venue situation)
- Reusable water bottles: permitted
- Alcoholic beverages: permitted
- Powerbanks: permitted. There are no specific restrictions for standard powerbanks intended for personal use. However, unusually large units or professional-grade equipment may not be allowed.
- Collapsible small umbrellas: Collapsible umbrellas may be brought into the stadium. However, they may not be opened or used in the seating areas.
Permitted Fan Material
- Flags: Large flags exceeding the standard L-flag size (Height: 1,015 mm × Width: 1,575 mm) may only be used in the designated Large Flag Area. Flags must not be displayed in locations where they obstruct the stadium's giant video screen.
- Fan club banners: Banners may not be installed at prohibited locations or used to obstruct other spectators' view. Hanging banners in areas where it is not permitted is prohibited. Please review the designated banner locations in the image:
- Drums: Permitted.
- Megaphones: Non-electronic megaphones are permitted. Electronic megaphones may also be permitted if they are used specifically for coordinating and leading supporter chants. However, instruments and noise-making devices other than drums (e.g. trumpets, vuvuzelas, air horns) are prohibited — clarification recommended.
- Use of musical instruments or noise-making devices after 21:00 is prohibited.
- Political, ideological, religious, or military banners, flags, or printed materials are prohibited.
Prohibited Items
- Confetti, paper streamers, smoke devices, pyrotechnic items (including dry ice)
- Guns, knives, poisonous/hazardous substances, fireworks, flares, firecrackers
- Glass bottles and cans (drinks must be transferred into paper cups at entrance gates)
- Musical instruments and noise-making devices other than drums (e.g. trumpets, vuvuzelas, air horns)
- Laser pens and whistles
- Drones/unmanned aircraft
- Large baggage or items causing nuisance to others
- Animals (except guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs)
- Camera equipment (tripods, large equipment) obstructing other spectators' view
Stadium Information
- Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the stadium kiosks. Payment methods at kiosks: Credit cards and various electronic payment methods are accepted. However, the available payment methods may vary depending on the individual kiosk.
- Storage/left luggage: There are no storage or left-luggage facilities available at the stadium.
Accessible/Barrier-Free Information
- Accessible tickets can be purchased through the standard ticket purchasing process.
- Supporters who have purchased wheelchair tickets may use accessible facilities such as elevators to reach their designated viewing areas.
- Supporters with disabilities should use the entrance gate indicated on their ticket, in the same way as other spectators.
- Accessible parking is available only for supporters who have purchased a wheelchair ticket that includes a parking space.
- Step-free access to seats.
