Fan information for the match against FC Tokyo
1. How to get to the stadium
Stadium: MUFG Stadium / Japan National Stadium, 10-1 Kasumigaokamachi, Shinjuku, Tokyo 〒160-0013
There is no public parking at MUFG Stadium. All BVB supporters are strongly advised to use public transportation.
2. BVB Fan Zone
The BVB Fan Zone opens at 16:30 and is located near Gate E.
3. Stadium Entry / Admission
- Entry without a valid ticket or accreditation card is prohibited.
- Upon request, fans must present their ticket, ID, or passport and comply with bag searches conducted for security reasons.
- Refusal of entry: Belonging to or having links to organized crime groups; being subject to an existing stadium ban; attempting to bring prohibited items into the venue; engaging in discriminatory, violent, or disruptive behavior; reselling tickets without authorization.
- BVB supporters should enter via Gate E1 (Visitor Goal side).
- Re-entry: 1st low gates B, D, H, F and 2nd low gates A1, E1, W3, W8
- BVB supporter merchandise may only be worn or displayed in the Visitor Reserved Seat area and designated mixed seating areas. Wearing BVB merchandise in the home supporters' area is not permitted.
4. Permitted Items
- Pets are permitted at MUFG Stadium.
- Baby strollers: Cannot be stored inside the stadium – a stroller storage area is available near the entrance gate. FC Tokyo accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
5. Permitted Fan Material
- Banners (flags & horizontal banners): The locations for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them outside the specified locations. Follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.
- Large flags are defined as: flag part of at least 1 m (vertical) × 1 m (horizontal) + pole of at least 1 m in length. Large flags may only be used in designated areas – for away supporters this is the Visitor Reserved Seat area only.
- Fan club banners: The locations for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them outside the specified locations. Follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.
- Noise-making instruments: Only permitted in designated areas. For away supporters: Visitor Reserved Seat. Use outside these areas is prohibited.
- Drums: Drums are permitted in the Visitor Reserved Seat area only and must not be brought into or used outside the designated areas.
- Megaphones: Not explicitly addressed in the regulations. Air horns are prohibited under JFA/J League rules.
- Political, ideological, religious or discriminatory banners, flags, or printed materials are prohibited.
6. Prohibited Items
- Bottles and cans (contents must be transferred to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering)
- Fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, flares
- Firearms, knives, dangerous substances, pesticides, dry ice
- Drones / unmanned aircraft
- Laser pointers / laser pens
- Air horns / gas horns
- Whistles
- Confetti, streamers, balloons
- Gum tape (for attaching banners)
- Political, ideological, religious or discriminatory banners/flags/placards
- Drums and large flags outside designated areas
- Any other items deemed dangerous or disruptive by security staff
7. Accessible / Barrier-Free Information
- Wheelchair spaces for away supporters are available at:
- Wheelchair Visitor Seats → Go to the gate displayed on your ticket and consult the stewards there.
- Universal Seats are available at A1 Gate (home side).
- Step-free access to seats available at Information Center in front of Gate B, for 1st floor. Security staff will assist guests and their companions.
8. Stadium Information
- Alcoholic beverages are available at marked kiosks.
- Payment methods at kiosks: Cash and credit cards.
- Storage / left luggage: Available only at designated stations.
- Baby stroller storage is available near the entrance gate (no responsibility taken for loss or damage).
