Filippo Mane

Filippo Mane joined BVB at the beginning of 2022 from his home country of Italy as a 16-year-old. That same summer, he linked up with the U19s. In the 2024/25 season, the centre-back, who can also play on the right of a back-four, played for the second team in the 3. Liga and was in the Bundesliga squad six times.

Filippo Mane was born on 8 March 2005 in Magenta (Greater Milan) and in his childhood and early youth, he played for Vela Mesero, Novara Calcio and Sampdoria Genoa.

Filippo Mane has been playing for Italian youth national teams since the U17s. He represented the U19s at Euro 2024 in Northern Ireland, where he played in every game for his country.
