Dembélé named "Rookie of the Season"

Ousmane Dembélé might have missed out on a Super Cup winner's medal, but the youngster was presented with another award by DFL boss Christian Seifert before the clash with Bayern Munich.

The 20-year-old was voted "Rookie of the Season" – the award given to the best newcomer each season – for 2016/17 in a fan vote conducted by the DFL. (br)
