Shinji Kagawa to feature on cover of FIFA 16

The most well-known football video game is the FIFA series by EA Sports, whose latest edition - FIFA 16 - is set to feature BVB midfielder Shinji Kagawa on the cover of the Japanese version.

The announcement was made on Monday by Kagawa and EA Sports, BVB's new regional partner in Japan, at a joint press conference taking place during the club's Asia Tour. "It's obviously great to feature on the cover of the game. I'm really looking forward to getting a chance to try out the game with my team-mates," said the BVB star. He'll have to wait until 8 October 2015 - FIFA 16's official release date.
