Overview of the features of the BVB app
News
The app's start screen displays the most relevant news about BVB. By swiping up and down, you can instantly stay up to date and discover all the latest updates.
Teams
The squads of our first team, women's team, and U23 are presented in an overview. Discover general information and statistics about all BVB players and coaches.
Fixture list
Access numbers, data, and facts about the matches of the first team, women's team, and U23. Simply filter by season and competition, select a match, and you'll instantly see the live ticker, line-up, other fixtures of the matchday, as well as the league table and top scorers of the competition.
Matchday celebration
The countdown shows you how long you have to wait until the next competitive match of the first team. On matchday, we switch to full throttle mode and start reporting from 09:09 AM, whether from Dortmund or away games: the perfect companion for all BVB fans who can't make it to the stadium.
Matchday games
Predict the starting XI up to 90 minutes before kick-off and compete with your friends using the "Matchday Games" module at the top right of a match's detail page. Share your own opinions by participating in the matchday polls as well.

Frequently asked questions about the BVB app
You can find a player's statistics by clicking on the desired player in the "Teams" section. Under the "Statistics" tab, you'll find the player's data, which you can also display for all competitions of the season using the filter function. Additionally, in the "Schedule" section, you can view competition statistics by clicking on a specific match.
In the "More" section, you can choose between German and English. In German, the "More" section is called "Mehr". Click on "Sprache" to access the language switch.
You can select which notifications you want to receive in the "More" section under "Notifications". Additionally, you need to enable notifications for our app in your smartphone's system settings to receive them.
Your opinion matters to us. What’s working well, and what could be improved? Got new ideas? In the "More" section, you can share your thoughts by clicking on "Feedback". You can also leave us a review in the app stores. We read every comment and incorporate your ideas into the app's future development.
The Netradio appears on every matchday, located far right next to the match result in the live bar and at the top right of the match detail page above the score. Once the Netradio is available, the icon becomes clickable. To start or stop it, simply tap the icon. For home matches, the net radio usually starts 30 minutes before kick-off, and for away matches, 15 minutes before. The Netradio is only available in German.
Frequently asked questions about "Order & Collect"
Enjoy the stadium experience without waiting! With our pick-up service, you can conveniently pre-order snacks and drinks via the app and collect them at the designated fast lanes of selected kiosks in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.
- Open the service: You can find the Order & Collect service in the BVB app under the "My BVB" menu. Use the "New Order" option to place an order.
- Login: Sign in with your BVB account (BVB login). Please note that the service is only available to users aged 16 and older.
- Select your block: Specify the block from which you are watching the match. You can only place an order if kiosks near your block participate in the Order & Collect service.
- Place an order: Choose the desired items and add them to your cart. After successful authorization, you will receive a QR code.
- Collect your order: Go to one of the participating kiosks and present your QR code. Staff will scan your QR code and hand over your ordered food and drinks. Your account will only be charged when the QR code is scanned.
The Order & Collect service is available on home matchdays at selected stadium kiosks in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. A list of participating blocks can be found in the app.
Yes, you can order alcoholic beverages. Please note that the Order & Collect service is only available to users aged 16 and older.
No, your food or drinks are not prepared immediately after placing your order, allowing you to choose a kiosk flexibly. Therefore, when collecting your order, certain items, such as beer, may still need to be prepared.
Since payment is only triggered upon collection, you won’t incur any costs if you don’t pick up your order. However, please understand that your order will be cancelled after the matchday.
No, you cannot cancel or modify your order. However, your order will be automatically cancelled if you don’t collect it on matchday.
