Kuba, Piszczu, Klopp and Co. – training before the testimonial in pictures

In a few hours, the testimonial of Jakub Blaszczykowski and Lukasz Piszczek will kick off in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK (07 September, kick-off: 17:00 CEST), with numerous former teammates of the two Poles involved. On Friday evening, the teams met for a relaxed session on the training ground in Brackel, Dortmund. We have put together the best pictures for you here.

One by one, they returned to the Dortmund training ground. By 18:00 CEST, everyone was back. Back in Black & Yellow. Back at BVB. Black & Yellow fan favourites, BVB legends, derby heroes, German champions and cup winners came together to prepare for the testimonial in honour of Lukasz Piszczek and Jakub Blaszczykowski.

Under the direction of Jürgen Klopp, who will be on the sideline for Kuba's team, and Peter Krawietz, who will be in charge of Lukasz Piszczek's side, the former Dortmund players trained for about an hour in Brackel, Dortmund. BVB head coach Nuri Sahin, who will also be on the pitch for the testimonial, was also back out on the pitch. After a short warm-up, coordination exercises and a few overload drills, they immediately started a practice match: the players were divided into teams and competed against each other on a small pitch..

So everything is ready for a Black & Yellow family day on Saturday at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. The match between Kuba and Piszczu's teams (click here to see the squads) will kick-off at 17:00 CEST. Fans can enter the stadium from 14:30 CEST.
