BVB to travel to the Club World Cup without Can and Özcan

Borussia Dortmund will have to make do without their captain Emre Can at the FIFA Club World Cup (14 June to 13 July). The 31-year-old's adductor problems have not yet fully healed, meaning he will not play in the tournament and will not be travelling to the USA on Friday.

BVB will also be without Salih Özcan. The midfielder suffered a hamstring injury during his time with the Turkey national team and will not be travelling with the team to America.
