+++ 11:40 CEST: Interview with Gregor Kobel +++

Our goalkeeper is currently on the training pitch, but we had the opportunity to talk to him beforehand about fitness, recovery, and the short summer break: “I think you have to do at least as much off the pitch as you do on the pitch. It's just all part of it. In the end, your body has to function in such a way that you can perform on the pitch. If you can’t do that, training on the pitch will not help you. That's why the two go hand in hand.” You can read the interview with Gregor Kobel here.

+++ 14:24 CEST: Media round with Waldemar Anton +++

Waldemar Anton fielded questions from journalists at a media conference: “We've worked well over the last few days, laughed a lot together and done a lot of work that will be important for the season. I think it's gone well on the whole. We're actually in good shape as far as our fitness is concerned. It's intense, of course. That's how a training camp should be. We're paying attention to a lot of details, which we're also training, in terms of how we want to build up the play and how we want to attack.” Read below to find out why small details are crucial and how the team are working toward their goals: "We're paying attention to lots of details“ – Media round with Waldemar Anton.
