Emre Can: “We won! That’s the most important thing in football!”

In the last second, captain Emre Can scored the winning goal for BVB in their 3-2 home victory against FC St. Pauli and was the first to be interviewed by Sky. Here is his initial reaction to the match.

Emre Can (on Sky): "We need to play much better. We conceded two goals from set pieces. That shouldn't happen to us. We've said that a lot this season. I hope we learn from it. But in the end, we won. That's the most important thing in football. What could be better than scoring a goal in the last minute, in our own stadium, and then experiencing the emotions here?
