Zinsberger Participates Partially in BVB Women’s Team Training

BVB goalkeeper Manuela Zinsberger is back between the posts. The 31-year-old participated in parts of team training for the first time on Wednesday. In recent weeks, the Austrian had already been allowed to perform goalkeeper-specific drills on the field. Starting now, she’s also training with the rest of the team.

Zinsberger suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament during training with Arsenal WFC in October of last year. The 2025 Champions League winner joined Borussia Dortmund this summer and is now one step closer to making her debut for the Black and Yellows.

“It was great and a lot of fun to finally be with the team. It took a long time, but now things are really getting started,” said a happy Zinsberger after the session.
