Sunday, 1 February (17:30 CET, DAZN): BVB vs. 1. FC Heidenheim
Borussia Dortmund will face 1. FC Heidenheim on Matchday 20 of the Bundesliga. BVB are unbeaten in the five previous Bundesliga encounters, with three wins and two draws and a goal difference of 10 scored and five conceded. In the first fixture in the current season, Dortmund won 2-0 in Heidenheim, with Serhou Guirassy and Maximilian Beier scoring the goals. Heidenheim have been waiting for a win since the beginning of December and are bottom of the league after 19 matchdays with the most goals conceded (42).
Tuesday, 3 February (14:00 CET, BVB-TV): AZ Alkmaar U19 vs. U19
The first competitive match of the 2026 calendar year is a real highlight for BVB's U19s: the young Borussia players will battle it out at AZ Alkmaar for a place in the round of 16 of the UEFA Youth League (live on BVB-TV). In the league phase, Dortmund collected 12 points with victories against Juventus, Copenhagen, Manchester City and Bodø/Glimt. Coach Felix Hirschnagl's team want to continue their strong form in the Netherlands and make it into the last eight of the Youth League. To the tickets.
Saturday, 7 February (15:30 CET, Sky): VfL Wolfsburg vs. BVB
Borussia have fond memories of the reverse fixtureagainst the Wolves: not only did BVB take all three points with a 1-0 win, but Nico Schlotterbeck also celebrated his comeback on that matchday after a 168-day injury break. Karim Adeyemi put BVB ahead with a thunderous long-range shot in the 20th minute, and Borussia held on to their lead until the final whistle. Now the Black and Yellows are taking on VfL in Wolfsburg, where BVB have been unbeaten in the Bundesliga since November 2022.
Friday, 13 February (20:30 CET, Sky and RTL): BVB vs. 1. FSV Mainz 05
BVB open Bundesliga Matchday 22 at home with a Friday evening game against Mainz – the game will be shown not only on Sky, but also on RTL. FSV is stuck at the bottom of the table this season: After 19 games, coach Urs Fischer's team has collected only 15 points – with three wins, six draws and ten defeats. One of those defeats came in the first leg against Borussia, when BVB secured their fourth win in five Bundesliga games early in the season with goals from Daniel Svensson and Karim Adeyemi.
Sunday, 15 February (14:00 CET, Dyn): BVB women's handball vs. Metz Handball
As the only German representative, the BVB women are fighting for a place in the play-offs in the EHF Champions League. In their last home game of the group stage, the Borussia women welcome French champions Metz Handball to the Westpress Arena in Hamm (to the tickets) – this game could decide whether the Dortmund women make it through to the next round or not. A week before the home game, they will face DVSC Schaeffler (7 February, 16:00 CET, Dyn) in Hungary, who are level on points in the battle for sixth place, which would mean qualification for the play-offs.
17 February (21:00 CET, Prime Video): BVB vs. Atalanta
Borussia Dortmund will face Atalanta in the play-offs of the UEFA Champions League knockout phase. The Italians have been consistently successful in European club competitions since 2017. In 2024, the club from Lombardy won the UEFA Europa League, preventing German double winners Bayer Leverkusen from completing the treble.
Saturday, 21 February (18:30 CET, Sky): Leipzig vs. BVB
Top match in Leipzig: Borussia, who are second in the table with 42 points after 19 Bundesliga matches, are guests on Saturday evening at the East Germans, who are currently six points behind the Black & Yellows in fourth place. In the first leg, Yan Couto equalised after just 23 minutes to make it 1-1.
25 February (18:45 CET, DAZN): Atalanta vs. BVB
The return leg against the club from Bergamo will decide whether Borussia Dortmund advance to the round of 16 in the Champions League. The two teams last faced each other eight years ago in the round of 32 of the 2017/18 UEFA Europa League. At SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, BVB came back from a 2-1 deficit to take a 3-2 lead thanks to goals from Michy Batshuayi (65th/90+1), and in the snowstorm in Bergamo, Marcel Schmelzer poked the ball over the line in the 83rd minute to make it 1-1 and secure BVB's progress.
Saturday, 28 February (18:30 CET, Sky): BVB vs. Bayern Munich
Borussia Dortmund will host Bayern Munich at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK for the Bundesliga top-of-the-table clash at the end of February. After 19 matchdays, Borussia are eight points behind the leaders from the south – the two teams will face each other in Dortmund on Matchday 24. SIGNAL IDUNA PARK is completely sold out after huge ticket demand.
