Inacio, Reggiani and Mane called up to the Italian national team
Samuele Inacio made his professional debut at the end of February in the home match against Bayern Munich and played a total of seven Bundesliga matches in the 2025/26 season. From matchday 29 onwards, the midfielder featured in every game – including four consecutive starts – and scored his first Bundesliga goal against Eintracht Frankfurt. A week later, the 18-year-old signed his first professional contract.
Luca Reggiani (18) made his professional debut in February and has since played eight Bundesliga matches and one in the UEFA Champions League. In March, the centre-back scored his first Bundesliga goal against FC Augsburg and was awarded his first professional contract at the end of the same month.
Filippo Mane has been part of the extended first-team squad for some time and signed a professional contract in 2025. In the first match of the 2025/26 season against FC St. Pauli, he not only made his first-team debut but also his Bundesliga debut, though he was shown a red card towards the end of the match. At the start of the year, the 21-year-old had to sit out due to injury. In total, the centre-back has played four Bundesliga matches to date.
All three players have previously represented Italian youth teams, with Inacio and Reggiani reaching the semi-finals of the U17 World Cup in November 2025. They are now set to make their debuts for the senior national team.
