Mane and Inacio make their debuts for Italy's senior national team

A big night for Filippo Mane and Samuele Inacio as the two first-team players, who came through the BVB youth system, made their debuts for the Italian senior national team on Wednesday evening. The Azzurri won the friendly against Luxembourg 1-0.

Mane came on as a substitute after 76 minutes. The 21-year-old centre-back replaced Pietro Comuzzo of ACF Fiorentina. Samuele Inacio came onto the pitch in stoppage time for Luca Koleosho (Paris FC). The goal of the day at the Stade de Luxembourg was scored by Inter Milan striker Francesco Pio Esposito in the 49th minute. Luca Reggiani, who was also called up to the Italian senior national team for the first time, did not feature. His next chance to make his debut comes this coming Sunday in the friendly against Greece (21:00 CEST).
