Autograph tickets, stadium tours, public training sessions: there are many ways to experience BVB away from match days. We have summarised the most important questions here.

The best way to experience your favourite players live and up close is at our public training sessions. There is usually the opportunity to get an autograph, take a selfie or exchange a few words. We will inform you about the next public training session in our news.

Yes, we offer various stadium tours and guided tours: Whether on your own or as a group, we have put together all the offers on our page on stadium tours at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.

Please send us a stamped envelope with your address.

The envelope should measure DIN long 11 x 22 cm and be stamped with at least €1.10. For larger envelopes, please adjust the postage.

For Bundesliga matches, we also display birthday greetings on the stadium screen. Unfortunately, this is not possible for Champions League or cup matches.

Please use our online form (only available in german) to ensure that all relevant information is received and the surprise is a success. Please note that we can only accept requests up to 72 hours before the start of the match.

Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests, we are unable to accept personalised greetings, dedications and similar. We ask for your understanding.
