Public BVB-Stadium Tours

SIGNAL IDUNA PARK offers a variety of public stadium tours that provide the right experience for every taste and requirement. Whether you want to relax after a long day at work, are looking for a special guided tour or need barrier-free access, there is something for everyone here. Visitors with limited mobility are also catered for: the barrier-free tour ensures that every fan can experience the magic of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK without restriction.

All guided stadium tours give you an insight into the most important areas of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK:

• The players' dressing room
• The players' tunnel and the coaches' bench
• The stadium prison
• The media centre
• Exclusive hospitality areas
• The West Stand

Please note: Guided stadium tours are not wheelchair accessible. We offer a wheelchair-accessible alternative with the ‘Guided Stadium Tour – Wheelchair Accessible’ option (see below for details).

The following special features apply to the different types of guided stadium tours:

• AFTER-WORK tour and morning pint tour: On these tours, you will receive two free drinks in the FanWelt (one at the start and one at the end of the tour).
• Meet EMMA tour: Our mascot EMMA will accompany you on your 60-minute stadium tour.
• Barrier-free tour: The wheelchair-accessible tour gives you an insight into the most important areas of the stadium.
  • Please note that this tour is reserved especially for people with disabilities.
  • The wheelchair-accessible tour offers insights into the players' dressing room, visits the edge of the pitch and the dugout, as well as the stadium prison.
  • Our guests with a ‘B’ in their severely disabled pass may bring an accompanying person to the stadium tour free of charge.

The meeting point for our public stadium tours and stadium walks is located in FanWelt on the north side of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, to the right of the stadium.

Parking is available directly on Strobelallee and in the Luftbad car park. To reach the car park, please use the underpass that leads from Strobelallee under FanWelt. Parking here is free of charge.
