Borussia Dortmund attacker André Schürrle will − pending the clarification of further details − play for newly-promoted English Premier League club Fulham for the next two seasons. The loan will end on 30 June 2020.
"We'd like to thank André for his previous efforts and wish him all the very best for his time in London," explained Sporting Director Michael Zorc.
The 2014 World Cup winner featured in 14 of Borussia Dortmund's 17 matches in the second half of last season, starting eight of them. In his last 12 games for the Black & Yellows, he was involved in five goals (one goal, four assists). Between 2016 and 2018, André Schürrle made 52 competitive appearances for BVB in all competitions, scoring on eight occasions.
