Fan information for the away match in Heidenheim
Arrival
Travelling by train
- Free bus shuttles run from the main railway station in Heidenheim or the neighbouring ZOB to the Voith Arena from two hours before the match.
Travelling by car
- Address for the satnav: In der Schwende 6 in 89522 Heidenheim
- The guest car park for cars is located at the SV Mergelstetten sports facilities. From here it is approx. 10 to 15 minutes on foot to the away section. The car park is free of charge.
Travelling by nine-seater car
- Address for the satnav: Heerackerweg 23 in 89522 Heidenheim
- The car park for nine-seaters is located at the "Baseball-Ballpark." From there it is approx. 300 metres on foot to the away section.
- The car park is free of charge.
Travelling by bus and coach
- Address for the satnav: Heerackerweg 23 in 89522 Heidenheim
- Coaches park directly at the entrance to the away section. Access is from above the Voith Arena, via the ‘Baseball Ballpark’ or the FCH training grounds ‘Heeräcker’ (see signs). Once there, follow the narrow road until you arrive directly at the away section. Stewards will direct you to the car park. The car park is free of charge.
- Due to the tense traffic situation in Heidenheim, we recommend that you only leave the A7 motorway at exit 117 ‘Giengen Herbrechtingen’.
Information on departure
In order to facilitate a speedy departure by car, nine-seater or bus, away fans are requested to leave the visitors' car park in the direction of Mergelstetten via Buchhofsteige and join the motorway via the B19 in Giengen/Herbrechtingen.
Admission
- The stadium opens at 13:30 CET. Please plan to arrive early.
- BVB fans can use the standing area E1 as well as the seats in blocks D2 and E2.
- The entrance is located in the south-west of the Voith-Arena.
Permitted fan paraphernalia
- Five drums (already allocated)
- Three megaphones (already allocated)
- 10 large waving flags (stick length greater than 2 metres)
- Small flags (max. 2m stick length, up to 3cm diameter)
- Double holders (max. 2m stick length, up to 3cm diameter)
- Fence flags (as long as space is available; not higher than 1.5m, advertising boards cannot be covered)
Permitted items
- Tetrapak under 0.5 litres (non-alcoholic drinks only)
- Fanny packs, rucksacks and bags up to DIN A4 size
Items not permitted
- Weapons and dangerous objects
- Anti-constitutional, racist, xenophobic, extremist, discriminatory, right-wing or left-wing extremist propaganda material, even if it is not criminally relevant; this may also include the wearing of clothing or the wearing of emblems or symbols on or on clothing.
- Pyrotechnics of any kind
- Alcoholic beverages and drugs of any kind
- Umbrellas
- Photo and video cameras and equipment of any kind
- Rucksacks and large bags larger than DIN A4. There will be a free drop-off point at the stadium. However, due to the limited capacity, 1. FC Heidenheim requests that rucksacks and bags be left in the car/bus if possible.
Information for a barrier-free visit to the stadium
- Fans in wheelchairs can park their cars directly at the away entrance. A blue parking permit is required for this.
- The reportage for the blind can also be received in the away section; audio guide systems can be borrowed for a deposit.

Other information
- The wearing of clothing or fan articles of the visiting club is prohibited in the home section of 1. FC Heidenheim. The stewards are authorised to intervene in the event of any incidents and to remove visiting fans from these areas.
- The escape routes in the away section (stairs marked in blue) must be kept clear at all times.
- Full-strength beer will be served in the away section.
- Fans with a national or local stadium ban are not permitted to enter the Voith Arena. As a rule, they may remain by the buses in front of the away section.
- Only cashless and contactless payment is permitted in the stadium.
- Obviously intoxicated persons will not be allowed into the stadium. Random checks will also be carried out using a breathalyser.
