Hazard tests positive for COVID-19

Borussia Dortmund's offensive midfielder Thorgan Hazard has tested positive for the coronavirus this Monday. The attacking player did not have any contact with the team on Sunday or today and has immediately gone into isolation.

All members of the BVB first team and U23 squad, as well as their respective support staff, are 100 percent vaccinated or recovered. In light of this, no further quarantine measures are currently necessary.

BVB wishes Thorgan Hazard as few symptoms as possible and a rapid recovery.
