FAQ | Tickets and season tickets

Day tickets - including VIP day tickets - are only available in our online ticket shop. You can find out when tickets for certain matches become available on our page with the advance booking dates.

Tickets available via the BVB secondary ticket market can also be found in the online ticket shop.

We offer matchday packages consisting of tickets and hotels with Adrenalin Trips.

Due to the large number of requests, the season ticket waiting list was closed a few years ago. It is therefore not currently possible to register on the waiting list.

No. Tickets for BVB home matches are only available via our online ticket shop or Adrenalin-Trips. We do not offer tickets via third-party providers.

We urge you not to buy tickets from other providers. Every matchday, we witness great disappointment from fans who have received counterfeit tickets and are unable to enter the stadium with them.

In our overview of pre-sale dates, you can see whether there is a members-only or open pre-sale for a particular match. Whether tickets are available for non-members is decided individually for each match.

If you would always like to be able to purchase tickets in advance, please consider becoming a member.

Day tickets at the normal price are available in the online ticket shop.

Discounted tickets for the REWE family block are available for members of the BVB KidsClub. Enquiries can be made via the KidsClub website.

An exclusive ticket contingent is also available for members between the ages of 14 and 17. There is an enquiry form for this.

Tickets may be resold via the official BVB ticket secondary market. This is activated as soon as a match is sold out in the regular pre-sale and is open until two-and-a-half hours before kick-off. There are restrictions for certain tickets, which you can find on our BVB Ticket Secondary Market for Sellers page.

Commercial resale is prohibited in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (AGB, in particular §6, para. 3). Please offer your tickets exclusively via the BVB ticket shop.

Note: If you list your season ticket on the secondary market, it will count as a stadium visit and will not affect the no-show rate. This applies regardless of whether the ticket is sold or not.
